✅ You can request a return or refund if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent
• You notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• The product is unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging
• You return the product to our official return address

❌ Returns or refunds are not accepted if:

• You have used the product and changed your mind
• You request a return after 7 days without prior notice
• The product was damaged or modified after delivery
• You refuse delivery without a valid reason

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Personal or hygiene items (e.g., grooming tools)
• Perishable goods
• Digital products or gift cards

💰 Refund Process

After we receive your return:

• We will inspect it within 2–3 business days
• If approved, a full refund will be issued via bKash/Nagad or your preferred payment method
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

• You’ll receive store credit for the value of the returned item
• A gift certificate will be sent after approval

If the gift was not shipped directly to you, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
